Reach a person

Write to rosemancam@gmail.com from any email. If it is about your account or a payment, tell us the email you sign in to the app with. In the app, Help at the foot of Settings writes to the same address.

Your subscription

A challenge is bought on its coach’s page on the web, as a subscription paid through Stripe, by the month or, when the coach offers it, by the year. The app itself does not sell anything.

• In the app. Open You (your face at the top right), then Settings. Under Subscriptions, open a challenge to cancel it, change the card or read the invoices, on the web. Where the App Store does not let the app link to the web, Settings points you to your receipts instead.
• From your email. Every receipt we email you has a link to the same page.
• When you cancel, nothing more is charged, and the challenge stays yours until the end of the month or year you already paid for.
• Something wrong with a payment? Write to rosemancam@gmail.com within 14 days of it and we will put it right, by a refund where it is due.

Delete your account

In the app, open You, then Settings, and under Account choose Delete your account. The app asks once more before anything goes. Your workouts, notes and readings are deleted for good. A challenge you bought stays with your email: sign in with it again and it is back. A challenge you pay for by the month or the year stops renewing, and stays yours until the end of what you paid for.

A coaching account closes instead of being deleted at once: it closes within 7 days, the people who bought your challenges keep them, and until then you can keep your account from Settings.

You can also write to rosemancam@gmail.com and ask us to delete your account and your information.
